Berkshire Grey

- Commissioning, Testing, and Deployment of large-scale Berkshire Grey developed Warehouse Robotics systems for large-scale distribution centers around the United States of America.
- Working in a cross-functional software, hardware, and electrical team to solve production critical technical problems using knowledge in Robotics Software and Mechanical Engineering.
- Developed an extensive excel data tool to analyze day-to-day system performance; critical in determining Software bugs, Software and Hardware performances, Human Intervention and Contractual Compliance.
- Led the development of a software tool to transfer command line commands to an easy UI interface, saving time for software deployment and remote support
- Provide technical feedback to respective Engineering departments to better the utilize available software, hardware, and technical resources to escalate system performance and meet production targets.
- Worked a full cycle of complete deployment, commissioning, production, and acceptance cycle of Berkshire Grey’s initial Single Product Sortation (SPS) System intended for large scale product sortation.
- Commissioning of the state-of-the-art Robotic Product Sortation (RPS) Systems for large scale product sortation.

Easton Robotics

Robotics Engineering Intern 06/2020- present
- Orchestrated a mechanical, electrical and software build of an agricultural robot from ideation to implementation.
- Developed a algorithm for crop row detection using concepts of Hough Transform, Image Color Thresholding and Computer Vision.
- Integrated IMU and Encoder sensor data for efficient robot odometry.
- Worked with Machine Learning for Object detection using YOLOV3, TensorFlow and Python.
- Interfaced Python and C++ codes with hardware through ROS.
- Completed full CAD development for the bot and its subsequent version.
- Delivered a talk regarding the technical build and challenges faced by me, hosted by the Maryland Robotics Center at the University of Maryland.

Conducted exhaustive testing of the rear end aerodynamic package in tandem with the front-end aerodynamics.
